So, if you can, report us which error occurs, when, in which situation and under what circumstances. Tell us if the error is always present and if it's easy to reproduce. Possibly, give us information about your operating system, and your PC configuration.

As you can easily see (and read), even our english is pretty poor: so every correction in this sense is welcome!
